What Shinel Tips is

Shinel Tips lets viewers send money with a message, sound or voice note to a streamer; it shows up live on their stream.
Tips are voluntary support for entertainment. They are not charity donations, not purchases of goods, and not tax-deductible.
Shinel Studios runs the platform. Payments are processed by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking); we never see or store your card or bank details.

You must be 18 or older, or have a parent's permission to pay.
Your name and message are shown on stream and on the streamer's page. Leave the name empty or tick “Stay anonymous” to hide it.
Messages are checked automatically. Abuse, hate, sexual content, scams, personal data and links may be blocked or held — the tip may then not be shown on stream, but it still reaches the streamer.
Voice notes are kept for 48 hours so they can be played on stream, then deleted.

A tip is final once the payment succeeds.
If money left your account but the payment failed or was not confirmed, Razorpay reverses it automatically to the same account, usually within 5–7 working days.
Charged twice, or charged without authorising it? Write to us within 7 days with the payment ID from your receipt; we refund duplicate or unauthorised payments after checking.
We don't refund a tip because a message wasn't read out, the stream was offline, or you changed your mind.

Streamers must be 18+, have an Indian bank account in their own name, and complete KYC. Every account is approved by Shinel Studios before it can take tips.
Fees: a platform fee is taken from each tip (shown in your studio before you start; 0% for Shinel Studios clients unless agreed otherwise). Payment-processing costs are included in that fee.
Payouts go to your verified bank account. We may hold payouts for suspected fraud, chargebacks or rule breaks.
No self-tipping, fake tips, money laundering, gambling or anything illegal. You are responsible for your stream content and for your own income tax on tips.

We keep: tip amount, name, message, time, and (for streamers) contact, bank and KYC details needed for payouts. We don't sell data.
