What you'll do

  • You can make the first 2 seconds impossible to scroll past.
  • Captions, motion text, zooms and sound effects are second nature.
  • You turn around Shorts fast without losing quality.

Senior editor

Salaried or monthly retainer · Remote

Long videos, podcasts and story edits — and reviewing other editors' work.

What you'll do

  • Long YouTube videos, podcasts and story edits
  • Reviewing and guiding other editors' cuts
  • Working directly with a few regular creators

You're a fit if

  • You can shape hours of footage into a story that holds attention.
  • Clean audio and colour are part of your normal edit.
  • You can give other editors kind, specific feedback.

GFX / thumbnail artist

Freelance, paid per design · Remote

Thumbnails and channel graphics that earn the click.

What you'll do

  • YouTube thumbnails for gaming, vlog, podcast and brand channels
  • Channel art, overlays and social graphics
  • Fast versions and quick changes

You're a fit if

  • Your thumbnails read clearly on a phone in under a second.
  • You're strong in Photoshop (or similar) — cut-outs, lighting, type.
  • You can give two genuinely different ideas for one title.

Motion / VFX artist

Freelance, paid per project · Remote

Animated titles, intros, lower thirds and VFX moments.

What you'll do

  • Intros, title cards, lower thirds, transitions
  • VFX moments and animated graphics inside edits
  • Reusable templates for regular creators

You're a fit if

  • Smooth easing and timing matter to you.
  • After Effects, Blender or similar is your home.
  • You can match a channel's style and still add something new.

Is this paid?

Yes. Regular work is always paid — per piece for freelance roles, salary or retainer for senior roles. The first short test is just to see your style.

Do I need to be in Punjab?

No. We're based in Sujanpur, Pathankot, but the team works remotely from anywhere in India.

What should I put in my portfolio links?

Your best 2–5 pieces: YouTube links (unlisted is fine), a Google Drive folder, Behance or Instagram. Quality over quantity.

How long until I hear back?

We look at every application. If your work fits an open role, we'll email you a test — usually within a week.
