Questions
What does it cost?
Creating a page is free. A platform fee comes out of each tip: 0% for Shinel Studios clients, 5% for other streamers and 7% on international tips. Payment-processing costs are included in that fee, and you see it in your studio before you start.
How do viewers pay?
With any UPI app, cards or net banking through Razorpay. They don't need an account.
Which streaming apps does it work with?
Anything that can show a browser source: OBS Studio, Streamlabs Desktop and others. Alerts work for YouTube, Twitch, Kick, Loco or any platform, because the overlay runs in your streaming software.
Can messages be read in Hindi?
Yes. Messages are read in Hindi by default, and you can switch to English or another language. Cloud voices in 11 Indian languages are rolling out for streamers who want natural voices that work even when OBS has none installed.
Will abusive messages show on my stream?
Profanity and your blocked words are refused before the viewer pays. Links and your hold words wait for your approval. Nothing held is ever shown or read aloud until you approve it.
How does media share work?
You set a minimum amount and the longest a video may play. Viewers paste a YouTube link with their tip; you watch it in your studio and approve or skip it. Approved videos play one at a time through YouTube's embed player.
When do I get paid?
Payouts go to your verified bank account. International tips are held for 7 days before they can be paid out.
Can I keep using Streamer.bot or my existing alerts?
