The honest version: these windows are a research-backed starting hypothesis, not a guarantee. Once you have ~28 days of uploads, open YouTube Studio → Analytics → Audience → "When your viewers are on YouTube" (or your platform's equivalent) and post just before your own peak. Consistency and a strong title + thumbnail move the needle far more than the exact minute.
